Owned and operated by Joe, and located in the south-east of South Australia, antiques, jewellery, and watches have always been part of my life, thanks to a family that’s been in the trade for generations. With parents who are antique dealers and a grandfather who was a watchmaker, I grew up surrounded by pieces that had stories to tell and craftsmanship that stood the test of time.

Whether it’s a delicate brooch, a vintage watch, or a rare antique find, every item is handpicked for its charm, quality, and the little bit of history it carries.

Our name, Lion & Anchor, was inspired by a deep love for English hallmarked silver — especially the lion passant, the symbol of guaranteed sterling silver, and the anchor, Birmingham’s historic town mark. These tiny symbols reflect everything we value: authenticity, tradition, and exceptional craftsmanship.
